¶ 1 Appellant William Mach was convicted after a jury trial of sexual conduct with a minor under fourteen, a class two felony and dangerous crime against children. The trial court sentenced him to the presumptive twenty-year prison term. Mach raises several issues on appeal, contending (1) the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to strike a juror for cause, (2) he was denied his constitutional right to counsel...
