Plaintiff Berton Dulce obtained a judgment against defendant Jules Dulce in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Nickerson, J.). Before the judgment was satisfied in full, the defendant died. The person named in the will as the "personal representative" designated to administer the estate (the "executor") refused to file the will for probate or to give the plaintiff information...
