Plaintiff, ARLENE COUSINS, has brought this employment discrimination suit against her former employer, HOWELL CORPORATION, for alleged violations of the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") and the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Plaintiff has also asserted a state-law claim for negligent misrepresentation. Defendant has moved for summary judgment on all counts of plaintiff's amended complaint...
