This is an attempted appeal by the State of the trial court's grant of a motion to dismiss an information. The order of dismissal was signed on January 24, 2000, and the State's notice of appeal was due on February 8, 2000. Any motion to extend the time for filing the notice of appeal was due on February 23, 2000. The State filed its notice of appeal on February 23, 2000, and a motion for extension of time to file the notice of appeal...
