ELLIOTT, J.:

Terry Winkle appeals the summary judgment in favor of Hutchinson Community College (HCC) on his claim for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (1994).

We affirm.

The essential facts are uncontroverted; summary adjudication was appropriate. See Bergstrom v. Noah, 266 Kan. 847, 871-72, 974 P.2d 531 (1999).
