The plaintiffs1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their zoning appeal. They claim that the court improperly (1) dismissed their appeal for lack of compliance with General Statutes § 8-8 (e) and (2) held that § 8-8 (q) could not be invoked to reinstate the appeal. We remand the matter to the trial court for further factual findings...
