LEWIS, J.:

Defendant Michael A. Calhoun was convicted of possession of cocaine. He was granted probation but was required to spend 21 days in jail as a condition of that probation. Among other financial requirements imposed, he was ordered to "reimburse the Sedgwick County taxpayers $250 for [defendant's] jail time." This is a direct appeal from his conviction and sentence.
