This is a medical malpractice case commenced by Todd Nommensen against Saint Mary's Medical Center, Inc. and its insurer, American Continental Insurance Company (St. Mary's). A jury determined that St. Mary's was negligent but that such negligence was not causal. Nommensen appeals from the ensuing judgment dismissing his complaint.
