This case presents the question of whether appellant Douglas F. White was a borrowed servant of appellee Bethlehem Steel. The district court found that he was a borrowed servant, and thus an employee of Bethlehem Steel for purposes of the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA)....
