Appellant pleaded guilty in open court to six charges of delivering drugs. The trial court accepted her guilty plea to four of the offenses and entered a judgment of guilty on those pleas. The trial court withdrew sua sponte her guilty plea to two of the offenses but then found her guilty.1 One of the offenses to which she pleaded guilty was a first degree felony; the trial court assessed appellant...
