The State of Texas appeals from an order granting the motion of Jeffery Patrick Wallett to suppress evidence. The evidence sought to be suppressed was obtained as a result of a traffic stop by a police officer. Through two points of error, the State alleges that the trial court erred because under the "totality of the circumstances" the officer had not only reasonable suspicion but also probable cause...
