The claimant, Patricia A. Fuller, sustained a compensable back injury while working at a restaurant in 1975. As a result of this injury, the claimant underwent a laminectomy and diskectomy at L4-5 on the right and center, and sustained permanent impairment of 17.5% to the body as a whole.
