Plaintiff-appellant Davric Maine Corporation ("Davric") seeks to overturn a grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Craig Rancourt, Ival R. Cianchette, and William Faucher (the "defendants").1 Davric contends that a factfinder reasonably could conclude that the defendants violated federal and state antitrust laws and tortiously interfered with its contractual relations. We affirm.
