Pursuant to an order dated June 8, 1994, respondent was appointed Temporary Receiver for the premises, the subject of a mortgage foreclosure action commenced by plaintiffs Peter and Lidia Jacynicz against 73 Seaman Associates on May 24, 1994. Plaintiffs, who had originally owned the 24-unit residential building, repurchased the property at a foreclosure sale conducted on April 23, 1996.
