This is an appeal brought by both parties to an indemnity suit. Amerada Hess Corporation appeals the trial court's judgment awarding it attorney's fees in a personal injury lawsuit brought by an employee of Wood Group Production Technology. Wood Group appeals from the trial court's award of indemnification to Hess for a $200,000 settlement payment made by Hess to the employee, and a portion of attorney's fees and expenses...
