This case, brought pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 (the "FLSA"), and the New York Minimum Wage Act, N.Y. Labor Law § 650, was referred to me for a determination of the damages to be paid to each of the plaintiffs.
