Michael A. Everhart, Janette W. Everhart, and Everhart Homes, Inc., (collectively referred to as Everhart) appeal the trial court's failure to grant their motion to confirm the arbitration award previously entered in the case. Everhart argues the court erred in vacating the arbitration award by finding the home construction contract between Everhart and William C.
