Bernard Fearing appeals the judgment of conviction and sentence imposed after he entered a plea of no contest to delivery of tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 961.41(1)(h)1 (1997-98).1 The court withheld sentence and placed Fearing on probation for a period not to exceed thirty months with a number of conditions, one of which was that he serve six months in the county jail with work release...
