We granted this appeal to determine: 1) whether the trial court abused its discretion by disqualifying a District Attorney General and his staff due to the use of a private attorney to assist the prosecution where the private attorney received substantial compensation from a private, special interest group and 2) whether the trial court properly dismissed...
