¶ 1. ANDERSON, J.
Brian C. Wegner argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it sentenced him after probation revocation. We disagree. The trial court exercised proper discretion in its sentence and in its refusal to modify that sentence. Therefore, we affirm.
