On February 13, 1996, appellant Barry Craig Chatagnier pled guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to sell (Count I); possession of methamphetamine (Count II); and no tax stamp (Count III). On April 15, 1996, he was sentenced to 3 to 10 years on Count I, 3 to 10 years on Count II, and 1 to 5 years on Count III, to be served concurrent with each other, for a controlling term of 3 to 10 years.
