Plaintiff ("Elf Atochem") is a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business in Philadelphia. Elf Atochem is the assignee of U.S. Patent No. 4,948,479 ("the '479 patent"), which claims a process for separating the chemical 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane ("HCFC-141b") from contaminants...
