LEE ANN DAUPHINOT, Justice.

INTRODUCTION

A jury convicted Appellant William Halbrook of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and sentenced him to 180 days' confinement and a $850 fine. The trial court suspended Appellant's sentence and placed him on community supervision for 24 months. In his sole point on appeal, Appellant argues that the trial court erred in allowing the jury to hear him invoke his right to counsel. Finding no reversible error...
