¶ 1. NETTESHEIM, J.

David Kalk argues that his criminal convictions should be reversed because of a conflict of interest on the part of the prosecuting attorney who had previously represented Kalk in an unrelated 1987 criminal proceeding. We reject Kalk's argument because he has failed to show any actual conflict of interest or prejudice. We affirm the judgment and order.
