WAHL, J.:

Respondent Larned State Hospital (Larned) and the State Self-Insurance Fund (Fund) appeal from an order of the Workers Compensation Board (Board) awarding claimant Vona R. Pruter whole body permanent partial disability benefits instead of calculating Pruter's benefits based on two scheduled injuries.

Following a hearing, the administrative law judge determined Pruter suffered a 6 percent impairment to her right upper extremity and a 7 percent impairment...
