Appellant Aaron Jason Muttoni was convicted by a jury of the offense of theft, a Class A misdemeanor. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 31.03(a), (e) (West Supp. 2000). The trial court sentenced Muttoni to two years of community supervision. On appeal, Muttoni asserts seven points of error. Because we agree that the trial court's error in admitting hearsay evidence violated Muttoni's constitutional right to confront his accuser, we reverse...
