Khalif Shabazz appeals from a judgment of conviction of the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, J. Garvan Murtha, Chief Judge, entered upon Shabazz' plea of guilty to conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). The only issue before us is whether the district court erred in refusing to grant Shabazz a downward adjustment for acceptance of responsibility under the federal sentencing...
