James C. Thompson, individually and as the administrator of the estate of Ashlee N. Thompson, appeals from the judgment of the Edmonson Circuit Court entered upon a jury verdict in a will contest case upholding the validity of the purported lost will of Leisa M. Fisher. Since we believe that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's finding that the will was duly executed...
