(Empire), appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, the city of Milford (city), on Empire's claim that the city breached the parties' sewer construction contract. Empire claims that the trial court improperly rejected its claims for additional compensation for (1) extra paving work that was approved by the city and (2) higher than anticipated pavement cutting...
