GERSHON, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Yolanda Suro and her infant son David, bring this action pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA"), 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-80, to recover for injuries that David allegedly sustained as a result of ingesting lead paint. Plaintiffs claim that David's lead paint exposure occurred while he was living in a Brooklyn apartment building that was owned by the defendant United States of America...
