O'CONNOR, Justice.

This is an employment discrimination case in which Renee Francis sued Dow Chemical Company and Joseph Hegyesi (collectively, the defendants), alleging, among other things, fraud, sex and age discrimination, and retaliatory discharge. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants on Francis's fraud claim.1 A jury found Dow liable on Francis's retaliation claim, but awarded no damages...
