Liberty Northwest Insurance Corporation (Liberty Northwest) and its insured, Brookings Harbor High School, petition for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board that determined that claimant's mental disorder was compensable. We review for errors of law and for substantial evidence. ORS 183.482(8).
