Kraft Foods, Inc. appeals from a judgment of the district court affirming an arbitration award. The arbitrator found that Kraft had violated its collective bargaining agreement (the "Agreement") with the Office and Professional Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC, Local 1295 (the "Union") by applying the Agreement's break-in wage provisions to one class of new employees while paying a second class full wages.
