STROUD, Judge.

This is a quiet-title action that was filed by appellant, Potlatch Corporation. At the end of appellant's case, appellee, Larry Dale Triplett, moved to dismiss the petition to quiet title. The chancellor granted appellee's motion. For its sole point of appeal,1 appellant contends that the chancellor erred in doing so. We agree and reverse and remand.
