OPINION

ROBINSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtor Riaz A. Shahid appeals two orders of the bankruptcy court: one order determining him liable for attorney's fees in an action to deny his discharge under § 727 of the Bankruptcy Code1; and the other order determining the amount of the award of attorney fees. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand.
