NORMAN LEE, Justice (Assigned).

Appellant was convicted of possession of cocaine, with intent to deliver more than 400 grams. See TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.112(a) (Vernon Supp. 2000). We affirm the judgment.

The jury found appellant guilty of the felony cocaine possession charge and assessed punishment at eighteen years in prison and a fine of $20,000. He appealed...
