This case involves a dispute between a mother and father concerning the custody of their child born out of wedlock. A judge of the Probate and Family Court, on the father's complaint to establish paternity (the question of paternity is not at issue), awarded the father sole legal and physical custody of the child. The mother has appealed. We affirm the judgment.
