Edward Ice, Jr., appeals his conviction for rape.

On the night of June 8, 1996, 17-year-old R.D.B. and Ice were together in the residence of Steve Rist, who was on a trip. R.D.B. claimed Ice threatened her with a gun, forced her to drink alcohol at gunpoint, and forced her to have sex with him.
