This case concerns a breach-of-contract and fraud lawsuit filed by appellants Ultracuts Ltd. and Ultracuts Franchises, Inc. (hereafter Ultracuts), against appellees Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and Wal-Mart Canada, Inc. (hereafter Wal-Mart).
