Roberta C. Lesniewski ("the plaintiff") on August 27, 1999, filed a complaint against Neil D. Walsh ("the debtor") asserting that the debtor's obligation to hold the plaintiff harmless from a debt due the United Business & Industry Federal Credit Union ("the credit union") is nondischargeable, pursuant either to Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(15)1
