GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO DISQUALIFY DEFENSE COUNSEL

I. INTRODUCTION

The government moved to disqualify defense counsel, John J. Thornton, Esq., claiming that he has a direct conflict of interest with his client, the defendant, Dianne Matta-Timmins. After a non-evidentiary hearing, the government's motion is DENIED.
