This case involves an effort by a judgment creditor to reach both certain assets of the debtor nominally owned by the debtor's wife, and all assets owned by the debtor's alleged corporate "alter ego," Kalif Trading, Inc. The judgment creditor is Goya Foods, Inc., a major business founded in the 1930s which is now a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in New Jersey.
