I. INTRODUCTION

John Kim, a Bethel taxicab driver, sexually abused a minor who was a passenger in Kim's cab. When the minor's mother sued the cab driver, Kim looked to his automobile insurer for coverage. This appeal asks whether Kim's automobile insurance policy extends coverage under these circumstances. Because Kim's insuring agreement covers only accidental injury, and because it specifically bars coverage...
