Jennifer L. Marlowe Stephens appeals a money judgment rendered in favor of her former husband, James Marlowe. Marlowe filed a petition seeking to partition certain proceeds Stephens received after their divorce. Marlowe contended that the proceeds had not been divided in the divorce action, and that he and Stephens owned the proceeds as tenants in common. The trial court agreed and partitioned the proceeds.
