BEIER, J.:
Defendant-appellant Scott D. Dwyer appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence from a warrantless search of his apartment. We affirm the district court's ruling and Dwyer's convictions for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Our standard of review requires us to uphold the trial court's denial of a motion to suppress if its factual findings are supported
