In April of 1989, plaintiff/appellee, Dennis Ranzau, sued William Brosseau, Argos Properties, Inc., and First State Bank of Liberty for breach of partnership agreement, and breach of fiduciary duty, and requested a temporary restraining order be issued as well as temporary and permanent injunctions. Ranzau also requested the trial court appoint a receiver and requested an accounting with regard to the alleged partnership...
