The Town of Cicero appeals a summary judgment of foreclosure discharging its lis pendens and dismissing it as a defendant. The Town argues that the court erred by (1) discharging its lis pendens; (2) dismissing it as a party; and (3) entering summary judgment in favor of Centrum II Associates and the Marano Company.
