While on parole from various felony convictions, Appellant Michael Howard Bilderback II went on a criminal rampage which ended in the shooting of a Wyoming highway patrolman. A jury convicted him of attempted second-degree murder, use of a firearm while committing the felony of attempted second-degree murder, and concealing stolen property.
