Defendant Pasquale DeTommaso pled guilty before this court to three counts of making false declarations on his tax returns, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1). The government and the defendant agree that the offense level for sentencing purposes is 13,1 which provides a sentencing range of 12 to 18 months as the defendant has no prior criminal history.
