The plaintiff, Katherine Reed, administratrix of the estate of Freddie Monast, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after it granted the motion by the defendant Commercial Union Insurance Company (Commercial Union) to dismiss her amended complaint on the ground of forum non conveniens.
